SOE Consulting Inc. provides drafting, modelling and documentation support for engineers and project teams. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website, contact us or apply for a position. It does not replace confidentiality provisions in a project agreement.
When you send an inquiry, our contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number and message. You may also provide your company name and address. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss the support your team needs.
When you apply for a position, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for and your résumé. You may also provide your location, availability, a LinkedIn or portfolio link, and information about your experience. Résumé uploads accept PDF or DOCX files up to 5 MB.
Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not include social insurance numbers, banking details, government identification or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to inquiries, communicate about potential services, review applications and contact applicants. Website records may also be used to operate the site, troubleshoot errors and address security concerns.
If we propose to use personal information for a new purpose, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
This website uses WordPress and Elementor. Submitted application information and résumé links are stored through the website’s form-submission system. Access to these records should be limited to people who need them for the stated purpose.
